Welcome to Impact Martial Arts Karate-Jitsu

Impact Martial Arts may be one of the newer names in the martial arts community in South Australia, but it stands on a solid foundation built from decades of experience, passion, and commitment from all its instructors, including its owner and head instructor, Lorne Farrelly, who has been a part of the martial arts world since the age of 6 years old.

What began as a childhood interest for him quickly evolved into a lifelong pursuit of learning, excellence and discipline in multiple martial arts styles.

Over the years, Lorne has graded to Black Belt and higher in many styles including Karate, Jujitsu, Judo, and Taekwondo. His diverse background in these martial arts allows him to blend the best of the traditional techniques with modern training methods, creating what we believe is a dynamic and well-rounded program for students of all ages and skill levels.

Our instructors teaching styles focus on self-defence and physical fitness but also on building confidence, respect, and mental resilience in all of our students, which are core values that are not only important to martial arts training but also in life.

At Impact Martial Arts, our students don’t just learn how to kick and punch, they also become part of a supportive community that encourages personal growth, discipline, respect and a strong sense of character.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or continuing a long-standing martial arts journey, at Impact Martial Arts Karate Jitsu you’ll find expert guidance and a welcoming environment led by our team of highly skilled instructors.
